Just back from 2 weeks on the Costa Dorada, Spain. The weather in the UK is the usual grey dull cold shit.

Since retiring I am surprised at how little free time I have. Before retiring I thought it would be long boring days, but instead I seem to be constantly giver a stream of tasks to complete by my better half. She seems to think that it is her job to keep me constantly occupied. If she thinks I may have some surplus time then she immediately asks ‘what are you doing today?’. She certainly wouldn’t understand the joys of blogging, or surfing the web. I think she simply sees computers as toys and timewasters.
She as never been intellectual in any way, I think she would have made a good follower for Pol Pot!
